Renewables is getting cheaper causing a greater growth right thru Asia pushing gas to cover for the dips I am expecting wind generation in Australia to double by 2030 https://www.statista.com/statistics/1098770/australia-wind-generation-capacity-projection/ I am expecting those without solar panels in Australia will subsidize those with Solar panels in electricity costs. The future feed in tariff being worthless during daytime hours as the the domestic rooftop solar will be saturated. Still waiting for Battery Technology to catch up where it is affordable as i still am not convinced if battery technology will meet our needs by 2025. https://northeastbattery.com/whats-lifespan-lithium-ion-battery/ The covering of dips will be covered by Gas Turbines and Hydro but forecasting Gas to go up in price pushing for greater need for Hydro schemes to be implemented which our federal government should be implementing now. I still favour Nuclear but cannot see any Government implementing it.
