So each $10 lift in wholesale power prices equated to $100,000,000 free cashflow, most stated are up $10 from last years average already, best news is they bottomed during covid shut downs etc.

As noted before on another tread NSW futures are $120 for 2022 higher again in 2023 up from current $74 ave and 2021 average $65.
So AGL had free cashflow of about $650,000,000 last year a horror with write-downs etc all done, AGL free cashflow is on the bounce and if the futures are correct that could generate another $500,000,000 so back over a billion FCF PA.
Now it takes no genius to work out FCF multiple of 5 at todays price of $7.70 AGL is extremely cheap.
Wholesale prices is the key to the higher share price before the company splits and TLS, ALD, Shell etc come and bid for the clean AGL.
