Not that I give a crap about this bet (more focussed on the pending annoucement!!) but the fact is, horners specified a time by which the share price would be at a certain level. There was no mention of exceptions for trading halts, tsunamis, or any other crap.
In my eyes, the deal remains... $4 by COB Monday.
If it's there, I'll be a very very very happy chappy.
If not, then Horners should be changing his sig.
