MGT sold 15% of the company at the MARKET price to get money in at the bottom of the market when no-one else was looking to invest - sold to a smart, proven investor in the U space who says he will put more in when required - they bring in the best MD out there - with a proven track record and also find a way to move the PDN shares to another investor. All that generates an increase in sp increase of circa 500% and an increase in market cap. of c €50m.
Thank God you aren't running the company. Grow up.
There were many more sellers than buyers over the last two years and everyone who is a long term supporter had chances to get in at 0.3c/0.4c/0.5c/0.6c/o.7c and lower their average cost but didn't see too many doing so.
