If I was invading Australia, I'd just sit offshore and stop the heavy fuels from getting through!!!

Australian Government is incompetent and lacks the leaders it so well needs. Best scenario would be to remove the state government controls...they have limited scope to make a difference in the greater good for all Australia!!
Just look at the energy(power) grid...it's embarrassing!!! If a country wanted to ruin Aussie, remove three power plants from the grid and start afew bush fires with favorable winds...(god forbid).
