Slatter, SOLG had their AGM meet last month, held in Qld. From feedback no one from HC Forum attended as there has been no comment relating to it. Was looking forward to hearing about it other than all the resolutions being passed. When reading the last annual report, became aware that NM has in fact been paid another $3million P/Y worth of shares in the last 2 financial years, let alone his pay increased from $400k to $600k per year. Unfortunately, have not seen nor can find the actual details of the Director's package for 2019-2020 f/y. No doubt it will be a bloody bobby dazzler in their favour, while SOLG and DGR, as well as all the other daughter companies, collapse in value. In summary, Mather is now being paid well in excess of $4million per year. With bonus shares Mather will one of the highest paid people in Australia.....should an actual take over occur, let alone becoming extremely wealthy from all the shares he has 'placed' to himself making up his 90m solg shares.
