    This stock could well make for a very good year for me.

    That said, this could be a capital raising, they were getting a bit low on cash.

    Fingers crossed it has to do with the London train contract.

    It did not take a lot of buying to push the price up so I am leaning towards a raising, hopefully no lower than 43c here it has been trading around the last few weeks.

    I know I will be taking up any shares offered if it is a raising.
