Around the same time as I got interested in BDI I came across another explorer WCN. They have a Hartley’s report out on them to day you and others may find interesting. They trade around 0.9 and 1 cent and seem reasonable tightly held by my estimation it looks like the top twenty holders have around 50% to 60% of the shares.

Of course this is as always just information shared in good faith and please due your own full and due diligence before risking your over taxed hard earned cash.
Just to be very up front: I have taken a reasonable position. These two companies make up my total penny punting stocks.
