The company has a monstrous debt, has not confirmed the sale of its Salisbury winery yet (awaiting due diligence/approval from HwCg in the UK) no marketing plan, a stalled brand in the UK (Barramundi), getting smashed by discount chain retailers, carrying huge amount of excess bulk wine, hammered by the press, the list goes on...The new CEO though comes with a huge recommendation. IMO only
