last dollar, yes, it was pulled, it looks to be a trader who has a bid at .009 for 2.9m shares hoping someone would put a sell order in for the same amount so they could pick up their buy order which was the same amount at 2.9m. A common way of trying to buy and sell on open and on the pre open close.
