Unfortunately yes Pizza. in thirteen years our research analysts were not allowed to put a sell recommendation in print on anything. Worst you got was "Hold". We all new what that meant. We could get up to 2.5% brokerage on a transaction then. Now I am paying $9 flat. would never had happened had the industry delivered real value for money. Everything was a perpetual buy from the research guys. So Brokers took their own advice. Long story why house stocks were never a sell ..."in print" . Nothing on the real estate industry though.They are still charging huge commissions for what?
