3. Fails to create clear direction and clarify performance expections.
4. Ineffective at providing performance feedback and recognition.
5. Bad at communicating.
6. Erratic and has unpredictable behaviour and moods.
7. Takes credit and avoids blame.
8. Doesn't plan effectively and is crisis driven.
9. Doesn't develop people or help them get ahead.
10. Doesn't solve problems or improve processes.
11. Technically incompetant and lacks talent.
12. Makes unwise,ill-informed and innefective decisions.
