    I actually got in at 55 so I am all for it. I think they went into suspension the day after! I think that the refinancing is that difficult that we may be teetering between insolvency and survival. Best to take the offer and be done with it.

    Mind you, if I had bought at $2 or more then i may be thinking differnetly
