This is far and away the best thing that's happened to OZL since I bought them at $1.60 last September. When that worse-than-expected write-down news came out last week I was expecting them to fold - this is a God-send and I'm getting the hell out today. I highly doubt there'll be short sellers touching this stock - in cases like IAG and RIO where a conditional takeover has fallen through, the board were AGAINST the bid - in this case the (pathetic, incompetent, desperate) board is backing it. The Government won't block it either as they'll know full well what OZL are GONE without this bid.
