I work in telecommunications mate - its just a matter of replacing the hardware in already existing tranmission towers... its an easy job... but there is alot of towers to do... i presume they plan to roll it out in capital cities first then regional... whatever program they have in place... they have already started and progressing..
keep in mind... they have the majority of 5g towers... infact.. who else has 5G towers in Australia? i think only Telstra at this stage...
