an article in the AFR today said that ubs will start the retail book build on monday and it will go on till close of business wednesday. article also said that ubs and its sub underwriters are going to have shares around 20% of all issued capital......so if anyone wants to takeover ARI.....now is definitely the best time to do it! anyway next week by thrusday we will have a much clearer view
