yes, and why your on the topic - why stop at banks, resource shares? why not start taxing the family home?
Yes, how about taxing more per child.
Poor people can only afford one child,where as 4 or more must be wealth to afford that many.
As your income goes up, you are taxed more.
So as your family grows in number,your child tax increases.
Why should I pay for others pleasures?
