What about an oxygen tax? The logic is the same. The precedent was set with the CO2 tax. The more oxvgen you use the more you pay. Everyone will wear a meter on their chest and greenies could be given jobs to go around and read the meters each month. Full employment for the unemployable and boundless tax revenue.
