funny that you mention oxygen tax. Many years ago, maybe decades, the Tribes in the Amazon Jungle wanted to be paid for the oxygen their jungle produces.
Some entrepreneur said, "if you can contain and bottle it we will buy it"
Al Gore came with the opposite scam, co2 TAX.
