Where is the value for zfx/oxr holders in a deal with fmg. Where is the value?
Read a fair bit on fmg over the past few months. Twiggy done ok for himself but runnung a multi metal, multi country large diversified mining house?
Owen H and Andrem MM both have the experience and drive to run combined entity. Cannot see Twiggy having the same devotion to diversified metals as he does to his I/O. WouId just be seen imo as (already having been stated) protecting HIS investments.

Therefore NOWAY would i even consider scrip offer from fmg. Too many other oppotunities for this new company to explore. But that said the market seems to have moved in a very strange times.
