    The announcement was all hype and no info.
    Now they will string people along ... news in March .. hen will be May etc.

    I also thought the following paragraph was interesting.
    "Because of various related party involvements and other matters, that agreement will require the approval of Mooter shareholders at a forthcoming meeting. The
    meeting will be convened as soon as is practically possible".

    Very convenient that they declined to tell us now what the transaction will consist of. Money? Shares? to the private Hotshots owners?
