This individual crapdenbob has been promoting to the masses to join the COSA and vote no, it is the CPSA who in their first letter to their members had cause for concern about where management would go or what would happen to management on a no vote, this is significantly sympathetic to board.

I don't care much for board and have made my concerns about their ability in regards to performenace known for years. If the board were removed and replaced it would be based on new board providing a road map prior to being elected. The excuse to say new could do the same raises the red flag, does it not.

The board failed to appreciate my holdings, just year after year of declines, I would vote no just to have this current board removed.
