That is the both the best and worst thing that could have happened to CTP.
It places MB into a position of either walking away (unlikely) or going hostile on the market or making another offer or entering into a JV with CTP to supply the $50 mil to drill and get moving ASAP.
Or it allows CTP to make its own decisions as to what to do IF the NO vote gets up.
People need to realise that even if an new board comes in after the NO vote, that they may make exactly the same decisions as the current board.
