CB are you saying that the old board should stay in place if the no vote is successful, it is there decision making that backed us into the corner we find s/holders in, it is this Bourd who are being paid by s/holders to except this pitiful offer that will only be beneficial to Mac bank and very likely the board of Ctp, it is this board who has kept us in the dark for the last 5 years and I believe that it was the board of directors who desided to go down the path we are on years ago, they have been well remunerated with a negative effect for s/holders and I would guess if there was a vote to dismiss the current board they would be sent packing. Vote no to keep the dream.
