    If you you look at the ASX announcements this year in relation to substantial shareholder notices, you will see overseas money buying up big and there are no announcements for anyone reducing there holding.

    With good run of late I am anxious to see who was doing the buying last Friday.......Is McGuigan Simeon in play?
