There is still 400 million shares out there. People may have been there along time seen the rise and get out due to lack of activity or their idea that there is no takeover coming and don;t want to wait til Septemberish.
There has been over 100mill shares traded in a month nearly and those that bought in the 5's may well be happy now. Lots of reasons. It depends on what you are playing it for.
