    If history is anything to go by MAGADAN, if any group of people can regroup and rebuild, it's the Japanese people.

    From our end, so long as our permits come through as expected (and at this stage, there is no reason to think otherwise), PEN will become a producer that not only has already signed a Uranium Sales agreement, it also has multiple formal requests for product from several other US utilities.
