I'd rather cash that shares in another company that I know little about ( AGO ).
At least I can do what I like with cash, rather than take a hit if people want out after receiving their shares in the predator company ( AGO, FMG..whoever )
The share price usually drops when a company announces a takeover anyway ( the company doing the taking over I mean )
