No it was perfectly clear what Neil mentioned, when he said he reached the 6 million target. He didnt mention a figure and he didnt say it was over subscribed to my knowledge and you wonder why. Its not signed and sealed until people receive their shares etc.
You are assuming Pan Head that the figure has been reached when in fact we should be waiting till we receive news from the company to confirm.

Your sarcastic jab at me not putting two and two together..hmmm, not sure what to make of that. Are you happy to advise if needed for future explanations, save me the trouble? All jokes aside arent we all here to help each other.
