MMS could well be doing.
They have till the end of the month to continue to deal with ECX.
And in light of the sp now being 1/3 (one third) of their current offer to ECX, there is a very high probability that a revised offer will be forthcoming from MMS. One less competitor in the marketplace also and several beneficial collaborations here in merging.
