Agree with Master on the Debt. It is HUGE at $1.8 BN. Equity only $900M in last annual report. Have a look at Note 4.1, $1.4Bn of debt is Notes Payable secured over motor vehicle values of $1.7BN. Good luck getting the $1.7bn in a fire sale of cars!! To me the debt is biggest problem with these guys
