TPM is a 'prodrug' hydrophilic formulation achieving high drug load and drug encapsulation with enhanced drug uptake potentially side stepping the standard tpg side effects that can include dizziness, difficulty breathing skin irritations and rashes, interrupted urination etc - i say potentially as the trial interims will support this or not
there are studies supporting this 'prodrug' modified tpg in the treatment of ocular conditions as well as in the treatment of certain cancer cells specifically designed to mitigate these known Etpg side effects and demonstrate the enhanced drug performance... that Avecho has also 'demonstrated' to the satisfaction of Sandoz. Etpgs are not an alternative in and of themselves - plenty on the web my opinion only red or black dyor
