Not sure how much understanding you have of M&A but there would be no point in Block wanting Z1P. There is too much overlap in technology, customers and markets for that to make any sense. Z1P has some exposure in small markets elsewhere but if Block wanted to enter those markets, they can do that via Afterpay.
