Afterpay and Z1Ps biggest markets are Australia, US, Canada and slowly Europe....
The only non-overlay is middle east? And Sezzle has tipped its toes in India. That's about it...
There is like a 95% overlap, no clue why I have to point this out? In the biggest markets SQ can just leverage off Afterpay, it doesn't have to fork out billions to buy the same technology and some of the same customers from Z1P. No offense, but I don't think you understand M&A.
