How long ago did you give it up? I gave up about 40 years ago and I was a pretty heavy user.
Was it hard to give up? I had one false start but after that I just gave away the couple of cartons I had and never smoked again
Did you have any lasting effect from your years of smoking? Well I didn't as far as I know and I've made it to 82 and still pretty fit.
Do you regret starting to smoke? Well in hindsight I don't, but if things had turned out differently I guess I would.
When did you start smoking? Well I guess I first tried around 14 but really I didn't become a regular smoker till about 17.
I think it's a good thing they've made it harder for people to smoke. It's really a waste of time and can give you a shorter life and an unpleasant death.
