Agree max. To my embarrassment I've been in this since 2003 at 1.20 for first buy and have added since then. The Co has never really looked after the LTers, as most biotechs don't. They just spend the money and dilute you further as you go. In 2003 there was 30 odd mill sahres in BLT, now we will be looking at 900 mill. New managements never seem to care about this . This rights issue is a case of damned if you don't, so you have to stump up, again.And new holders can get a great deal if all goes well. As you say- not equitable at all for LTers.
