trouble with me mate is the longer I look at these charts
the more confusing they can become.
For example this is dead in the water today
meaning the downward momentum has virtually ceased
apart from one bored trader.11.5c depth looks fairly solid
I was also looking at the chart without using momentum oscillators here, and see the gap as coinciding with previous bottoms and Gann Fan convergences.
the last time it was on this 11.5 cent base (as arrowed in late August) it took off on a Long 6cent breakout,
the difference then was it was trading on higher lows and above the 20period Moving average(white line)
anyway here is the diminished momentum shown on this chart which without news and stoplosses being triggered may also see it gradually drift back to 10c.
Howz that for indecisive...LOL
thats what the chart says, so dont blame me..
Its how the momentum is interpreted imo.
