So it is an assumption at best?

All i could find was, GGP raised $1.1m (about 1/8th of the purchase price) through Novus. The rest was 196m shares to AKW, and an SPP to existing share holders. (total including funding for the initial appraisal program)....

Also, it is interesting that i came across the following, which we have not heard about since July 2010!! - your thoughts?:

"The Asset’s reserve study identified 48 producing wells (not all presently on production) with potential
to increase production in an upper zone by re-completing each well. Currently, there is approximately
40 barrels per day of oil production and there is the potential to significantly increase production at
low cost from the existing well bores."
