I would say to "shore" up stock prices with a strategic buy back would give better direction for share price than a dividend and less cost. It would correct the plunges that happen/minipulated because of low volume sales?
The fundementals for PSA are great and growing however it is an expensive game aside from drilling costs they have to bid for the right to drill and then get a go ahead
