re: questions re petsec... I would like the three questions i posed earlier to be answered before tommorow's AGM if possible.

PS. I suspect the answer to Q3. is that the Net Revenue Interest is the % of total revenue owned by Petsec after royalty expense, and any JV partner's share is removed.

Working Interest is the % of operating expenses that are carried by Petsec.

For example if Petsec were to farm in to a proven field, and free carry the existing lease holder at 20%, then their NRI would be 80%, but their Working interest would be 100%.

Is this correct?
