Good fundamentals and it looks like NG prices in the US will stay high during the rest of the shoulder season.
I am expecting double digit Henry Hub prices this summer IF weather returns to normal. The last couple of years have been less than stellar for NG prices in summer due to the cooler readings in some areas.
It looks like there will be greater demand dor NG generated electricity as a result of lower hydro output in the west too.
Add in the high oil prices and IF the weather turns hot in the US, look out above....
That being said, the biggest problem with this stock is the lack of liquidity.
Just look at the last few minutes of trading - it dropped 11 cents without even a blink.....Ridiculous!!!!
PSA is still puliing in over A$9 per MCF at Friday's Henry Hub prices....
