can't drill without the staff.
Yopu would possibly think that puts us a t least a month away from start up but I guess contracts could still be signed with a propoased start date.
Logic also says you can't hire staff without having the work so it looks to me like when the staff issues are bedded down we start work.
As for announcing contracts prior?
