It's just big instos off-loading their holdings at a loss on the back of decisions made to reduce exposure to Nuix due to downgrades. These decisions have been taken many weeks ago and it takes weeks, even months to offload massive positions in a drip-sell fashion. We have to let it run its course. They don't worry about how much they have lost as they are very well hedged. Because of their massive size, we small fish just have to let the wave pass. Come August, we might see some big buying interest.
