That's how these spec shares often work. Everyone knows results are coming up.

Buyers build in what they think is what its worth and suddenly the announcement, if good results, just meets the baked in price. Usually has to be a phenomenal announcement to get the price moving given where its come from. If just a decent announcement, ST traders bail and move on to next target. If not a great announcement compared to the sentiment rise, then retrace time as we've seen not that long ago.
