Assuming some of those Nominee companies don't accept the first offer that will make them a small profit, and that could be a dangerous assumption (I don't trust the instos as far as I could throw them) the Top 20 holders hold a clear majority of shares and have an unassailable blocking stake, which means we are not left in the hands of the day traders and general opportunists.

I suspect you could add another 5-10 million owned by the regulars in this forum as well, and they are certainly not going to give anything away. I know my holding is not for sale under $5 at this stage.

I go through The Doubts occasionally, but when I sit down and do the sums again, I remain convinced this is as close to a no-risk situation as I've ever seen for a stock with such potentially high rewards.

Good luck to all holder, even the bloody daytraders. I don't want to suffer from irrational exuberance, but I suspect my long term time frame needs to be moved forward.
