Hmm... don't know about cheap, but from personal experience with a holiday resort that my ex had at Eildon.... it went belly up.

Had a caravan park, cabins, conference centre, swimming pool, licenced restaurant - but no take-away liquor licence.

Not enough water in the weir for people to come up for holidays. Relied on the locals drinking there for the majority of their income. In the end the Manager jumped ship so they all left. The staff mutineed, stole all the beef and prawns from the fridges, as well as all the liquor. lol!

One of the girls rang to tell us what was happening.

Best part about it was that the guys from Snobs Creek fish hatchery used to drink there ... and let me catch fish in their breeding ponds... catch and release of course.

Before you buy Gobbo, go and park your blue butt at the bar in 'that' resort and get the low down from the locals.

Are you offering a series of puts on this venture.. cause I'll put my hand up for some.
