    I am an interested Non Holding observer & reckon today's announcement was a great one.

    If investors like the one dealing with them in the last week want in then they have to play fair.

    Congratulations to the PSY Board for having the gumption & common sense not to be sucked in.

    If this mob were interested then there are no doubt others that will want to get involved & today's announcement is a clear message that if you want some action then be prepared to pay for it.
