the company has announced 100m ops at 3c, 3M
PL has said, no CR (shares) until JV, rational i beleive is simple, that with JV in hand, the sp will be closer to 1.00 than 24c. Hence any new shares would be at significant higher than current, and reduce dillution.
Before anyone else suggests the dillitive event of the options, i suggest that it is only 40m more options, than current, so well mananged.
