Yep I did hear or read awhile ago it can't delist from the JSE but can't remember the technicalities around that. Craigasx123 seems pretty strong on the reverse in the JSE being more likely to delist than the ASX. Anyway first thing first is listing on the Nasdaq and see what happens from there keeping all three of the ASX, JSE and Nasdaq or dropping one most likely the ASX in my opinion.
