Lol. I think all the cheerleaders sitting in the stands waiting for the helium to roll past. As others have alluded, I think this is now out and out SP suppression.
Sadly, I no longer think phase 1 helium is going to reverse this. If it’s China interests they will play a long game. They strangled rare earth development by dumping on market to drive the price down. They are patient. A serious circuit breaker is required.
